There for you have to disconnect head support of driver and passenger seat and folt the front seats completely.

Folt the seats down:

Find the buttons to release the lock and push them at the same time while pulling the head rest:

There is only one locked position for the head rest.  So the head rest can not regulated innheight.

Without head reat of driver seat, you can create a flat area which is big enough for a 200x80cm matress for a comfortable sleep.
